Default nothing but a G thang....

Hello all I just got my g35 coupe 6MT, dimond graphite/graphite yesterday. OMG this car is amazing I can't wait until I break it in so I can really drive it. And for the breaking in period how many miles should I drive up to until I can really press my G? Also, for waxing your G what are some opinions on the best wax? And I want to hook up a sub and an amp has anyone done it yet and how ez is it to hook it up to the bose system? Do I have to take the factory amp out and then hook up my new one? Yea I have so much questions but I have so much plans for me and my G. Aight then thanks and glad to be a part of the G movement!

1. Congrats on G, post pics when you have a chance.

2. 1200 miles is the recommened break-in period I believe.

3. As far as wax goes, people seem to like the Zaino Bros. wax but there are others that people like. Try a search.

4. I'm no expert on audio, but I seem to remember reading that the stock speaker use some strange ohm frequency or something and if you want to change out the speakers you will need to change out the factory amp. You probably need to change the amp if you want to hook up a sub, try looking around the Audio & Navigation forum, I'm sure you will find what you are looking for there.

5. Good luck and enjoy the new car!

Best natural wax: One Grand Blitz
Best synthetic wax: Klasse All-In-One/Sealant Glaze

Apply the All-In-One, then the Sealant Glaze, then put a layer of Blitz over it. It's an old concours trick, to layer a carnauba wax over a synthetic. It looks crazy.
