Another option will be go move to a state where insurance is cheaper e.g. PA & FL

If they can afford to buy the car on the Top 10 list, I don't think insurance cost will be that much of an issue for them.

I think the reason for why a ferrari is not up on the top ten is the fact that you dont drive it as much, so the odds of gettin into any kind fo trouble is less. Although i dont see why an Audi A8 is in there.
