I ordered mine yesterday, so I'll let you know. They say no drilling, so I hope that means you use pre-drilled holes.

I'm installing mine with a buddy this Saturday (They're coming in on Thursday from Grubbs Infiniti). However, I believe there IS drilling involved... not sure what kind of splash guards you got, Rocket... but we'll see... Since I havn't even tried installing them yet, I don't know for sure, but a couple others told me there was drilling involved...

Installed both front and rear, very easy. Yes, the rear requires drilling holes. I was able to mount the rear without removing the wheel by drilling holes a bit askew. The front only took about 15 minutes, the back a bit longer.

It was after dark when I took those last pm so that was all I got.The flash wouldn't work further away and the camera wouldn't focus on the correct area. It is raining here right now but soon as there is a break I'll take some more shots. There are several diy install shots at one of the other forums(freshalloy.com or g35driver.com) if you want to see some before mine get posted.
