I crashed my g35 about 3 weeks ago, speeding in rain.I hit a pole really hard after i finish going sideway.I was told that i can fix the car for around $13,000 so i was waiting for the body shop to take the car apart.after that, the insurance estimated again for $23,600 damage and wants to total the car!!?.My insurance company is not going to pay 100% of the price of the car.only 70% is what they're going to give me.is there any way i can argue with them to maybe fix the car for that price?.does it worth it?
Ivory pearl/AT/nav/wheels/premium package/every option available
70% of the current value or 70% of a new g35?? Also how many miles did u have on it. I would just take the insurance money and buy a G with 20 or 30 thousand miles for a reasonable price, then just face the losses. Sorry to hear about that and good luck
I would let the insurance total it out. They will give you what the car is worth at this point in time. Mine was totaled out and the insurance gave more than I thought they would. Go buy another G and just look at it like you paid x dollars extra to wash your miles away.
Whos your insurance company? What kind of coverage did u have? And how fast where u goin to spin out! i mean the g35's have good handnling did u take off vdc?

Geico family plan - full coverage - 80-85 mph - vdc most likely on (not sure) forgot to check actually!!.there was a puddle of water on the road.
make them total the car. accept nothing less. threaten to drop your coverage and threaten to tell everyone you know that GEICO sucks if they don't do what you want....MAKE them replace the car. It's your money, your car and you pay the premiums.
Once you get the car replaced, cancel your insurance and get a real insurance company.
and lastly.....slow down in the rain. not blaming you for what was an accident, just making a suggestion. I've been driving in rain and snow for years and years and in crappier cars than you can imagine. never have i had a rain related accident. slowing down by about 20mph makes all the difference. let the other fools go past you. let them wreck. as well, keeping your tires in good shape is key. don't let the tread get to the wear bars.
yeah when the thread gets low your 100% correct, my tires sucks, I try to make turns at 30 mph like i used to and now my tires screatch and the traction control kicks in.. i need new tires :-
