Default I need some affirmation.

Since I'm so pathetic when it comes to earning money, I need to know that the spoiler I am about to purchase is really really trustworthy and will NOT look fake nor have the LED's go out.

03-05 Infiniti G35 Coupe Factory Rear Spoiler (Fits 06-07 G35 Coupe)

That is the spoiler I will be purchasing. It mentions that it will fit on 2006 + models, but I would like some affirmation. I mean, I know they all look the same in bodyshape, but for all I know, there might be slight differences, off by maybe a centimeter or something.

Anyways, someone vouch for this please, thank you.

my car was wingless, i bought my spoiler from ebay and its was cheaper then the one on the site. As for fit and looks its looks fits and seems as though it ad come on the car from day one. There as absolutly no difference at all, it looks better if anything haha LOL. But for that site i cant say the same as i didnt buy from them but im assuming that it would be the same

That's why I'm looking for affirmation from people who HAVE used the site or have bought cheap spoilers before. Not old overly wealthy people.

Hey dude. is that the lip spoiler? JUST KIDDING!

Yeah, I bought from them about 8 months ago. I'm happy with the product, paint match was superb. LED has a big warranty, I think it was lifetime.

I do not recommend installing yourself. I asked the guys at Elite and they really recommend having a body shop do it. I think I'd rather not drill holes in my car and fug it up. Body shop should be about 75 bucks to mount it. Their quote from Elite was. " it can get tricky" to install."

This is ABS as opposed to fiberglass. My body shop told me to do ABS as it was lighter and not needing any mods to the trunk to keep it open.

I still have the invoice, mine arrived 214 dollars, looks like shipping was free. Add 75 bucks to the body shop and you are sitting about 300 installed.

8 months is a good amount of time. I'm not worried about paint match since I'm getting it unpainted and I'm having a friend (does car paint professionally) paint it for me since the website doesn't provide Serengeti Sand (K26). Plus I'm getting another friend to install it for free and I really trust he will do a great job and it will look stock. I believe I'm looking more at ~$200 rather than $300. It's really nice to know that the LED's come with lifetime warranty. That is the only real thing I was worried about, as well as how OEM it will look. And I trust it will be exactly like OEM.

If anyone else has any comments, please comment! I think I've gained confidence in this website's spoiler so I'll probably be getting it sometime this week.

The only other thing to add is I had first been a bit disturbed that there was a very small gap on the trunk lid on the back end where it tapers down. Then I figured it is intentional or water would gather and make a standing puddle on the trunk. Once I realized that it must be the design, I felt better. It is very, very small and only noticeable if you are poking around checking the fit and finish as I did after install.

Oh, yeah, no standing water when I wash the car, it seems to drain out there just fine.

That's interesting. However, you have the 06+ spoiler, and I'm getting the 05- spoiler. Does anyone know if there is a tiny gap to let water through on the ironing board as well?

good luck. as for the LEDs, i would be willing to bet you can purchase just the LED strip from Infiniti... i am guessing the company you are buying the knock off from made a mold of an OEM spoiler... so the OEM strip should fit. so if you have issues with dull or dying LEDs you might try that.

Thank you. I appreciate your support. Let's hope I do not have to deal with that and be overcharged by Infiniti for some LEDs.
