Hey! I'm new to this site and was hoping that I could get some opinions of others.. I have a G35 coupe six speed that is platinum graphite with the 19 inch forged rims on them.. I'm looking to put on 20 inch wheels and was thinking about black rims... what do you think the best looking rims are for this car with the platinum graphite color?

black is pretty much played out. it's not as flattering IMO as it once was. i would stick with some nice silver face wheels with a chrome or polished lip. it will look very classy on the car now and in the future.

Thanks for the input.. others have told me the same.. any ones in particular though? I really liked the Volk time attacks.. but they're black with a red lining.. and that wouldn't look so great with the color of car I have... any suggestions?

Even though i have 19inch rims, they looks smaller because they are all blacked out.
I'm going to silver when the budget allows.

I love black rims. They're not 'played out'. Even race cars use them. They just don't fit on your car. I think the silver + chrome lip is sexy though. Try it.

what is very played out is black rims on black cars. if i had a penny for everytime i see that in the streets. i'd have a shitload of pennies!

silver on silver, honestly, is very boring... how about charcoal rims?

I still like the Black rims.. or even charcoal.. I guess there's a thought.. What I've found is that the darker rims either look AMAZING or just horrible and tacky.. so it's kind of hard to find a good set... suggestions on the darker rims? Plus I want to get 20's...
