Default Wheel Speed Sensor Gone Bad

The dealer wants $1200 to replace this sensor. Seems pretty steep. Anyone know what the part actually costs or what install involves? I haven't been able to find any information online.

I don't NEED my VDC in California but it's nice to have when it is wet and without this sensor it's totally useless. Actually it's fairly annoying to have to disengage it every time I want to drive

Thanks in advance!

Call Grubbs and get a second estimate for replacement part cost:

Grubbs Infiniti | Fort Worth Infiniti Dealer Serving Dallas And Greater DFW.

At the same time you can ask the parts guys how long they thing it would take to replace the sensor. Figure $80-$100/hour for labor, equipment, and GOP for whoever does the work............should give you a rough estimated cost.

Thanks I'll try and track down the part. Having worked at a dealer I'm fairly certain I can do it less expensively elsewhere.
