Sorry to see that Neft, but that has happened to me before. It should be able to be popped out fairly easily.

it is better that it happened to your bumper than your doors or fenders.
3 assuring reasons why:
1) bumper respray/repair does not lower the value of your car
2) bumper can be popped out and maybe not even have to be repainted
3) bumper repair is cheaper than metal repair.
so...it could be worse

That sucks, but it may not be as difficult as you think to repair. Don't report it to your insurance company yet. Get estimates from a few shops. They may be able to heat it, pop it out, and buff it a little to fix it.

similar thing happened to me in my sedan, they told me the bumper was not fixable and replaced the whole thing for about $350 with paint.
yours apparently is just sunken in though, mine was actually cracked. hang in there dude.

probably want to get it repainted though. if they just pop it out, i'm sure the paint will be cracked.
