Question 400whp for less then 6 grand,possible?

i have a 04 coupe 6 speed and i want around 400whp without going over 6 grand? turbo or supercharger?

Only if you find a used supercharger for a great price, but a SC will get you close to 400, but not quite there. Gauges alone can cost close to $1000.

It's very unlikely that less than $6k will get you 400whp unless you find a great deal on a used t/tt/sc and you can do the install yourself.

install alone will cost you a few thousand. add gauges and other misc stuff (if you buy used) and that eats through more than half of your fund...
