ok. first of all, this is not related to g35 or any other cars. i have 2 yorkies. and they had 7 puppies like a month ago. i went to my friend's house last night and slept over.when i came home today, one of my puppy was missing. so i called my dad and asked and he said one of the supervisor of the apartment came into the house ( without any permission ) and took a picture of my dogs. and saying they will call the cops because i have too many dogs and second, house lease says no pets but since we have it, they are going to take away the security deposit. BUT ! they won't do all of it only if they get one of the puppy so my dad gave one to them. this happened when im not home and I AM THE MOTHA F*CKIN THE OWNER OF THE DOGS! so i called the lawyer and asked in this case, 2 adult dogs and 7 puppies would cause problem and the lawyer said no because puppies are only a month old and has to be with mom and cops can't do shit about having too many dogs. but fact that having a dog is my fault. i was gonna give away my puppies to my cousins and friends but i never expected someone who i don't even know the name take my dog.
lol... the apt supervisor bribed your dad for a puppy. that's insane!
anyways, if you want the dog back, you can get it back but they do have the right to evict you for having the dog(s) if they have a no pet policy. i'd just cut your losses and move on. puppies can be hard to get rid of anyways, that's one less for you.
sorry about the hassle though.

That sounds like extortion/blackmail, pretty sure you can bring at least civil charges against them for that. Yea you're probably going to get evicted or whatever but if you have substantial proof of the incident then you can ring them up and at least make them pay for being dumbasses to say something like that.
any time i have rented, i always change the locks. a landlord is required to give 24 hours notice before coming inside of your home, so there is no reason they should have a key.

Well it's different than the Motel 6's you're used to staying in 750.

750 has a good point, I like to change locks when in an apt. because for one, the ass candle who did renovations and had a key looked like a tweeker....out to steal. Two, people are idiots and may snoop if suspicious of any activity. And you risked your deposit for the dogs anyway so they have the right to the deposit, dogs cause lots of damage which costs more than you think to get rid of the stink, etc. but by no means should they enter without permission unless an absolute emergency. Unlawful entry even by site managers is illegal. Who needs that many dogs unless you want to sell for profit. This may be crude to pet lovers but USA is one of the only countries where people spend tons of money on pets and not eat them.

As a landlord, I'd never allow this. I am allowed to enter the apartment in emergency situations, and its MY house... you just live here. No lock changing if you don't like it get the fvck out hoe

clearly none of us would ever want to stay at "your house"
Your dog got jacked and you can probably not do anything about it. If you were going to give them away then it doesn't really matter though since it isn't like you are losing out on money or anything. It sucks that they entered your house without permission.... I "lost" a paper which said that they were going to come do pest spraying in my duplex between XX hours and they ended up walking in on me and my girl..... talk about awkward.
