he was at fault to begin with by having dogs in his apartment. but it is suspect how the supervisor just decided to walk into his place.

that part is missing from the story. why did she come in? if she had reason to believe there was an animal inside, i believe they can do a surprise check (since there was a violation). considering that there were 7 of them in there, it'd be hard to keep it a secret unless you cut out their voice boxes and made them go poopy on the floor.

can they make surprise checks like that??

zero goes poopy on the floor and he has yet to be evicted

lol this thread got big. first of all, i said 7 puppies. 6week. i don't think they know how to bark yet =D and my old dogs don't bark either unless im home. so it wasn't a surprise check. they just came in without any reason, so i don't know what they do inside of someone's house!?! anyways to keep this thread quiet, ill take all of your advises and settle this by my own.
