and this apartment lease says no pets but my neighbors have bulldogs, german shep, golden rich, maltese, chichuachua and any dog u name it. like every single houses have dogs.
anyways, ill just let that bitch keep my dog but ill make sure she pays for what she took.
oh wow... well that's crazy expensive. one thing to consider, what exactly happened in the transaction between your dad and the landlord? if he is the one who handed over the dog, he could actually be the one at fault, which is not what you want.

yeah. small dogs tend to be more expensive than big dogs. what happened was, supervisor wasn't even the landlord of this building, this lady just work in the office and she threatened my dad by saying she would call the cop and make us go out of the house if he wouldn't hand over the dog.
im done with getting my dog back and all of that stuff. i made my mind and im letting her keep my dog. but it's just my turn to make her go crazy. even if she finds out that i did it and call the cop about the dogs that i have in this house, there would be no problem becuz ill be gone w/ my dog within a month to new house. it will be just my parents living here.
Your dad gave the dog away. The landlord did not take it Cruella Deville stylz..The landlord has the right to withold your security deposit because you broke the terms of the lease. If they are trading a puppy for your security deposit back make sure you get it in writing. It would be very easy for them to just say you broke the lease and call it a day..
It is a bit troubling to me that you would want to not only key the landlords car but also post your intentions on a public forum. Please try to settle this like a mature adult and don't fly off the handle. If you go crazy on the car you could be fucked with the law.
Think with a clear head and don't let your emotions get the better of you..

+1....... big time!
The truth of the matter is that keying someone's car is just really a sad, despicable, cowardly, and small-minded chicken-shit thing to do. While I honestly can empathize with your desire to seek revenge, at the end of the day....it doesn't really matter what they did.....if you do that, then you're just as bad if not worse!
You probably don't want to hear this, but consider the wisdom in the saying "You can't cheat an honest man." If that doesn't apply here then I don't know what does..... If you didn't break the rules and get yourself into a compromised position, none of this could have happened in the first place. At some point, you have to see that your own accountability counts here. If you are so upset with the treatment that you got, then go face them like a man and talk it out. Don't slink around in the dark and pull little backstabbing stunts.....makes you look way worse!!
Sorry for this tone, but I really hate the practice of keying cars!!

seriously... the dumbsh*t who just keyed my car is in for it now. police have issued a warrant for his arrest (2 eye witnesses, you never know who's watching). since the company i work for is paying for the damages, they will subsequently be taking him to court for reimbursement. this is going to end up costing him atleast $2,000 + a possible criminal record. is it really worth it?!?

Wait... this is about a dog right? Hey I'm a dog lover like the next guy, but come on. Who knows they lady might give the pup a good home. Who's to say that if you picked the person to raise it, he/she will? So relax and get sh1tfaced somewhere with some loose chics and call it a day before things get outta hand.
We're at war, gas prices are sky high and you're gonna get postal over a dog? Really man, there are more important things you should be spending your energy on.

+2. and didnt you say it's actually your parents apartment? so if you sue to get the dog back, you will get your parents evicted for having 7 dogs in a pet-free apartment. give it up man.
