BULLSHITBULLSHITBULLSHITBULLSHIT...he's trying to rip off your insurance and keep the profit, i'm willing to bet he's on commission!
It's your insurance and your money to decide what to do with it. You call your insurance and tell them you want the check!
You will not have to pay to return because you did not authorize a purchase.

Can you say insurance fraud? The insurance company should just cut you a check and you get your stuff.
Yeah I'd seriously consider reporting this to Infiniti corporate and your local law enforcement. Something is not kosher here.

No, it's your money you can do with as you please. People do it all the time, they get hit, the other guy's insurance pays out and the pocket the money driving a beat up car.
I got $900 from someone who backed into my wife's car, didn't fix a damn thing.
You can pocket the money and drive off the lot on your rotors if you want, not that I'm recommending that!
Where are you located?

Exactly, the insurance cuts you the check. You don't have to go to the Infiniti dealership to replace the wheels. The insurance company is supposed to give you enough money to fairly replace the item. There is no way your wheels were worth that much money, absolutely no way. To give you an idea, I have Volk TE37's on my car, I paid $2,500 for a set and that includes tires. Volks!!!
The dealer reacting the way they did seriously makes me question their honesty........well maybe not the dealership, but definitely the guy you are dealing with.
So let's see here's how the scam works............parts guy is in kahoots with the insurance guy. The parts guy overstates the replacement cost. The insurance guy cuts the check, you turn that over to the parts guy. The parts guy puts in paperwork regarding the overpayment and credits cash. The parts guy and insurance guy split the return. Insurance company takes the hit for the overpayment.
Seriously, I really think this is a case of insurance fraud.

none answered the right question yet? my question is: Insurance havent send me the check yet but they did a ajustment with infiniti and came up with 6200 and change included label and tires. if I decided to get a 2500 rim would the insurance pay me less or they have to pay me the amount of value of the original rim???

They said the claim is worth $xxx, that will not change no matter what you decide to do with the money.

The answer to your question is ....they definitely should have to pay you the value of the original rim. You've paid your premiums to the insurance company to insure your car for replacement/repair value to its oem condition....period! You already paid for that level of coverage...now they are obligated to provide the reimbursement benefit at the level you paid for...nothing more, nothing less.
What is not clear though, is how much validity the dealership has with its claim that the order has already been initiated and that you must then pay return fees to cancel out the order. Are they really doing all this behind your back?, or were you perhaps not aware of what paperwork was being generated?? DID YOU SIGN ANYTHING so far????? If so, what did it say???
If things have gotten hostile with the dealership, why not talk directly to your insurance company now and tell them what you want to do...(remember, you are entitled to the benefit you paid for and they know it)...maybe they can help you out with the dealer by just not paying them. After all, their contract is with you, and not the dealer......UNLESS YOU DID SIGN A REPAIR CONTRACT ALREADY.

No. Again the insurance company is supposed to come up with a fair reimbursement check for the replacement costs of your equipment.
The check goes to you and you use it as you see fit.
Now again it's replacement of what you have there, what you buy to replace it or even if you do is up to you. Also you need to look at your policy as it will tell you what type of coverage you have.
