So i am driving to my friends house tonight and out of nowhere a coyote decides to jump out under my car. My knee-jerk reaction is to swerve to avoid him. Sadly when i cranked the car to the right to avoid him I hit a cliff wall while going 40ish...all airbags except for my drivers seat popped. The front end looks pretty mangled. The passenger side front wheel is pushed pretty far into the engine bay. It looks like there are twisted motor mounts etc...I had my work camera in my car and I snapped a few pics after the flatbed dropped it off..
I am ok. I am a bit stiff, my hands smell like gunpowder (from the airbags), and I have airbag rash on my eyelid and nose.
It happened on rt 66 in Portland. The road is cut into the hills and I hit the side of a cliff that was all jagged stone...

for all of you PETA members out there you will be happy to know that the coyote was not harmed. When I jumped out of the car (it was smoking like crazy) the coyote was wandering around on the other side of the street like nothing happened. As soon as I get a rental car I am going to hunt it down and turn it into a hood ordament...

wow.....that really sucks man. All of that and you didnt even get the joy of killing it. Make sure you get another g coupe as a rental just so you let the coyote know that he cant beat the g twice. he may have missed out the first time, ut let him know what it feels like the second time, and most importantly, DONT MISS THIS TIME!!!! I would make a shift boot out of his fur........
