Is this the key fob for the 2007 G35 6MT?

If not, what does it look like? I must say my current key fob is much cooler looking!

my 06 6mt one looks like that. There's another one that i test drove and it looks completely different. you insert the entire keyfob

the 07 6mt has a separate key...

do you know which package is the one that comes with the key fob that u'd have to insert? i know i test drove one, but when i received my G i got the one like the picture above

07 autos come with intelligent key. If you have a 6M - you still have the seprate Infiniti key and key fob.

Just picked mine up on Friday!

I just picked up my 07 and I have the same Key Fob that shows in the very first post of this thread - as well as a seprate Infiniti key for the Ignition which contains a programable micro chip that communicates with the ECU. - that looks and is cut like your ordinary key.

Looking at the brochure - the Automatic Tranny G35 Coupes are equipped with Infiniti Intelligent Key - which will communicate with the car without the key ever leaving your pocket (or purse for the ladies and mistresses).

Therefore - the 6M models will have the old Key and Key Fob combo while the auto's will have the Intelligent key.

If you even take a look at the interior picture of the web page - it shows a slot where our normal keys would be inserted - and for further details - Infiniti Intelligent Key is outlined above.

I have a all in one key fob/remote for my audi and I must say that I would rather have them seperate. I would like to have two seperate pieces for when I valet the car or do something where I don't need both...
