Default 2008 G37 Photos!

Hey guys.
Road & Track broke the embargo on G37 photos (but you have to be a digital subscriber to get it)...

Automobile has a road test online:

Them Infiniti knuckleheads! They didn't have the guts to stick with the original design. All they could pull off is a cross between the new sedan and the current coupe. That's exactly what it looks like.

Ugh! Not at all inspiring. The new coupe lost it's sex appeal.

If the new V36 sedan is of any indication (vs. V35), the new coupe should surpass the current gen coupe quite easily. It'll have 320+hp from simple 3.5 to 3.7 conversion. Sub 5-second 0-60 is also a strong possibility. Still, the styling is just ... Meh!

The front bumper is too rounded looking. I feel likes its fallen victim to the new British car pedestrian laws.

This shot is trying too hard to be like the E46 M3's chin.

I can see it now, "resale values of pre-08 coupes skyrocket as G enthusiasts scramble to get their hands on the recently end of lifed 1st generation G coupe bodystyle...."
Wow, just wow, the front looks ok, but those angles make it look longer than the prevous G coupe - maybe it's the open space around the tires or something. Seriously, is that rear spoiler physically part of the rear decklid or can the car be purchased with out that?

there's something majorly wrong in the back. no badge, i dont know.. it looks empty and it looks too similar to the current one.... from the articles it looks like there's some important changes to engine which i like. i was expecting more, much more, but i dont think the bimmer is much better so i might stick to the G

You hit that thing on the head Clint NOT INSPIRING AT ALL! Fugly to the next level. That engine should be on the coupe now. I can just imagine the added weight that thing is carrying. Now I want the GTR more than ever.
