taped it all off a sprayed with a high gloss enamel paint

i guess well just have to wait and see but so far after one car washing still looks great

Yea it will, but the exreme heat, and corrosive brake dust will definatly take a toll on high gloss spray paint! I give it 3-6 months before you decide to powdercoat them :P
