I haven't really raced anyone in my new G so I had my brother-in-law race me in his SRT4 . He has modded it to Stage 2 with a few other mods. We lined up and the light turned green, I dumped the cluth at 2800, the rear end hopped alot, probably should have went 3500 to get some tire spin. I had him by a car length going into third. He said he was catching up, but his trans got stuck in third gear and would not come out. Race over. I asked him how my taillights looked as his POS dodge broke down. I felt bad but not really, now he borrowed my winter Jetta while his car will be in the shop. He probably would have caught me sooner or later, but he never got the chance. Chalk one up for the G.

you couldnt pay me to drive a neon....no matter how fast it was. im surprised at the outcome though....especially with a stage 2 mod.

Yeah, me too, I though he would get me pretty good based on the joy ride he took me for before we raced. It just felt alot faster than my G. We obviously didnt get to go from a roll or anything else. Maybe it was my excellent driving skills.

I've raped many Stage 2 SRT-4s. They're not that fast. Stage 3s are a way different story (385 hp on race gas).
