yup..that's normal. i'm 5'8 and it rubs.
you can try to elevate ur seat higher or....
what i do is put a rubber band on the part that the belt clicks into (just below the clicker box on the stem), then i pull the band towards the front of the seat underneath. there should be a rod sticking out that u can hook the rubber band on. this keeps the clicker part pulled forward and away from ur neck. i read this on this forum and it works fine. still rubs a bit, but hella better than before.

Thats the reason I was asking about the seat belt pads before....
i think pads would still rub up on ur neck right? don't want anything rubbing up on my neck, it's annoying. plus, don't want a pad on my chest.

5'11" & mine doesn't rub at all. i have my seat as low as it can go as well. hmm...
you must have the new 05 or 06. the 04 and below have a different seat belt system

I have a 04, but im 6"0 tall but I have my seat pretty high also. There is basically like 4.5 inchs of clearings between the top of my head and the ceiling... LOL
no rubbing but I dont like how the bottom part of the seat belt is always going over my belly and not my waist. No im not fat ethier :P

Thanks thats a good suggestion though I'm scared of if I get into a accident it would snap back because of the slack and then whip my body even harder. I'm afraid of that
