Default Posting Pictures - stupid question

Ok, here's a stupid question - how do I upload some photos to the forum? Mine are around 600kb each but the server is saying I am exceeding my per picture limit of 90kb.
What's that about?

It means you have to cut the pic size down. Do you have a photo editing program? You need to "resize" the image.

or you can upload the photos to something like photobucket and place the url of the pic in between ""

Default Remote Passport Radar install

Thanks guys will do. 90kb is pretty lame, but I'll cut them down although I'm not sure I'll make it from 600kb. I suppose I could retake them as well with less resolution.

I thought everyone would be interested in seeing my Passport 8500 radar install - I mounted the detector directly behind the rearview so when driving you don't see the unit at all. Then I took the digital readout from the Passport and remote located it in the mirror itself - taking up the two leftmost Homelink buttons. The unit is always on, out of the way, and completely usable. No dangling cords or suction cups.

Cool

Interesting install tbird, never heard of anything like that, but it's probably sweet! I am still learning about posting pics, finally got my Avatar up with the help of Photobucket and a shot of my car at speed. (Actually it's a pic from Car and Driver but looks just like mine). I am still learning. When I get some film developed I will post more pics of my ride. And thanks to smoke for trying to help me. I guess I am just feeble-minded when it comes to these things....

I'd post the photo of the wife for uhohNumber2brb but no matter how much I resize, ain't no way her cans will compress into 90kb.
