Default from tirerack.com

Thanks for your inquiry. Bridgestone currently offers dedicated winter tires is both 225/40 and 245/40-19 sizes (Blizzak LM25). The tire is not currently in stock, but we expect inventory late summer or early fall. Please advise if you need further info. Thanks for your inquiry.

Also i ordered my 5/16 spacer today from motordyne and talking with the guy there he told me the through their research they came to the conclusion that the biggest power contributer to the hp increase in the "REV-UP" engine was the redesigned lower plenum. He said all i needed to do was look at the numbers...

The MREV Package will give the 6mt 22 more ft. lb. of torque but it will drop 3hp at the peak. the 5/16 spacer alone adds about 11hp and 11ft.lb of torque on average.

So this means.

Rev-Up Engine w/ Mrev package
295 hp
282 ft.lb torque

Mrev Engine w/ 5/16 spacer
291 hp
281 ft.lb torque

This results in a difference of about 4hp which can be attributed to (what im assuming) the VVT (Variable Valve Timing) on the exhaust cams. However there is also a possibility that some of this difference can be attributed to the shorter intake runners on the Rev-up... this is just a guess but the difference of 4hp is not.

THIS COMPARISON IS FOR THE STANDARD MREV PACKAGE FROM MOTORDYNE.
MOTORDYNE HAS RECENTLY RELEASED AN MREV2 PACKAGE WHOS PERFORMANCE FIGURES DIFFER FROM THE PREVIOUS PACKAGE.

either way now that they have their new upgraded mrev package i'd like to see some performance numbers on a dyno from this mod... but and to cover another issue the difference between MT and AT is the driver in the MT. Sadly most of the MT people i've raced in my AT couldnt drive for shit and none the less if you properly build an upgraded AT tranny im sure you can keep up with most MT's out there. but each to his own i guess.. personally im kinda glad i have an AT... i can talk on the phone while driving, dont have to deal with traffic and the clutch... i can finger bang my gf while driving :-X and not to mention i can let her drive the car if im too piss drunk to be driving lol... but yea if some of you have some info on this subject let me know... i'd like to know the guy at motordyne wasnt full of shit, but im pretty sure he shouldnt be.
where can I get the Mrev package?? I have G35 coupe 6mt. 2005

Short version, Legal BS

I assume they do not have a CARB number for the products and since some states require this, the obvious namesake of California being one of them, he covers his ass by saying "not for highway use" of "offroad use only"

But if you live in the middle of fly-over-country like me no one gives a damn what you put on your car, we have no vehicle inspection.

^ +1. It's for legal reasons. The plenum spacer won't affect emissions if that's what you're worried about.

But is before emissions controls, so it still needs to have a CARB number to be street legal in areas that care.

They don't have any adverse effect on emissions, but they are not CARB certified so it must be labeled as off road.
