bell noises?

i turned on my car in the school parking lot and i heard this werid bell sound coming from my exhaust, its as if you were holding 3 bells and shaking them inside a metal tube.. i turned off the engine and started it back up and it didnt make the noise again so i thought it was nothing, should i be worried? so many noises!!!
