Well Don... As you said "I aint broke, but I'm thrifty", How Nice! If you need help with replacing your shift knob, and don't have the ability to determine how to remove it and replace it with this beautiful microphone looking shift knob, may I suggest you go ahead and buy it with thrift in mind, and go down to your local Infiniti dealer and have them install it for you, as I'm sure you can wrap-up the whole enchilada for under a hundred bucks, contingent upon that a apartment owner like yourself can squeeze it out of your budget.
