MY CAR HAS BEEN RATTLING, AND NOW SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT HAS COME ON. I HAVE APPOINTMENT AT DEALER TOMORROW IN REGARDS TO THE RATTLILNG NOISE COMING FROM CLUTCH. ANYONE HAVE INFO ON THIS OR EXPERIENCE THIS AS WELL. PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Clutch rattling - this is normal if the rattling stops once you press the clutch
I just took my G in for service. I heard some weird vibrations coming from the front end. The sound sounded like a distant jack hammer noise. Turned out that it was a little low on oil. That surprised me because I only had 3k miles on the car. However, there's no damage to it. So they topped off the fluids and now I have to take it in again after I drive 500 more miles so they can determine if there's a leak somewhere.
sorry about the caps, rattling is when im in gear and taking off, or as im slowing down in gear to a stop or turn. Engine light went on today and the oil light blinks when im putting the car to a complete stop. rattling definetely loud and now on higher gears rather than just 1,2 and third. Im taking in to dealer tomorrow so ill keep you posted.

the most i can tell you is to take it to the dealer... what year is it? if it's brand new, it's a pretty common problem that will be fixed under warranty. if it's used, then... it's odd that the previous owner didnt attempt to fix the problem
I have ratteling of my clutch when I depress it at low speeds and when the rpm is dropping, I heard this was normal. I haven't heard anything about the clutch making noise when you're in gear and driving. Hope they fix it and let us know.

Hey people, i justo got off the phone wioth service manager in glendale, ca. and they told me they have to replace time belt tensioner. WOW. I have less than 4000 miles on it. There was loss of oil and thats what started it. It must have come like this from dealer. Ill keep you posted.

same here. clutch only rattles when rpm is dropping. 8000k miles on mine.
