yes it is a 600cc, but 105HP really moves when your vehicle only weighs 370lbs. lots of fun to drive, and where i live now in PA there are lots of back roads. it is a lot of fun!
not getting the bimmer until e90 model comes out. hopefully it will be available summer '06.
my buddy has already doen mods to his 1000 and it is supposed to be about 190 HP!
sooo much power on a bike.
he is also adding nitrous. i told him to make sure i go in his will.

honestly 105HP is enough for me, i haven't even redlined it yet. it is such a rush, everything happens so fast, and i don't want to be squid on the street. i couldn't imagine having almost double the HP and nitrous.
i am not really looking to mod it out. although i have already had a pair of frame-sliders installed that didn't require drilling the fairings. also put a carbon fiber fuel tank protector. will probably get a yoshi exhast next spring...and i need to put a new set of tires on her. with the fun i have had with the Pilot Sports on my G, i think i will put a set of Pilot Sports on my bike. they are great shoes!
Nice bike, watch out though. My friend bought one just like that brand new about 2 months ago and for the past month it's been sitting in his garage. Let me explain why.
After about 3 weeks of ownership, he decided to pop a wheely in front of a club and.......went just a little too far with the gas and fell on his back. The bike rolled a few times, oil spilled out of the engine etc. He has to pay about $1,500 just to START the bike.
Make sure you don't forget your brains every time you get on it.

buddy6mt i am not planning on doing wheelies for a long time!! sorry to hear that about you friend, but at least he learned before becoming street squid.
that is what is unfortunate about sportsbikes, most peole that ride them are showoffs and ruin the image for riders like myself. oh well..i guess our G35 has its stereotypes too.
Man I want to get the R6. Not that model but the 2003 one, the ones with the projection lights. I have to pay off my debts, credit cards and school loans, before I can even think about getting in to more debt though. Anyways, sweet bike I envy you very much.
