So the headlights on my 04 G35c have been super hazey for the past year or so. looks like mold almost at this point, very noticable. well i read all the threads on here about how to remove it, most recommended using a buffer which i do not have so i've lived with it somehow. well today i was applying some ICE and got to the front of the car and realized how sh*tty it looks.
so i grabbed a tub of turtle wax polishing compound and an applicator and scrubbed the sh*t out of the headlights (circular motion of course) for about 30 sec each. a minute later i removed the polish and WOW. they look like new! i should have taken a before and after for this thread, but honestly i didn't think it'd do much.
so the point is, if you have hazey headlights and no buffer, it's not the end of the world.
i really thought this was one of my most if not the most informative thread i've ever posted. i mean, gilley is on here trying to con newbs into attaching a sponge to a drill just to get the haze off.
