Oh, I was confused there for a sec. Yeah, I agree that Audi is being conservative. Most German car companies are. Plus the fact that this sucker has an all aluminum body makes it light compared to the competition, so I assume that this sucker will hual ass. Not to mention the fact that this car is aiming for some heavy competition so I'm sure they prepared the car to be able to compete if not out perform it's competition.

no thats not what im saying. I was saying that the car is supposed to have a 0-60 time faster then 4 seconds(the GT-R). You said it will be comparable to this R8, but it wont.

THis particular R8 model does not have the V10 Coming out later, so that is why the 0-60 times are slower.

shutup. Heres what i was trying to say.

That R8 there was with the V8. The v10 comes out, lowers the 0-60 time and will probably be comparable with the current Gallardo, close to 3.9 Seconds

The GT-R will run around the same, but wont have the high revv nature as it is a V6

got to say though, the R8 looks alot more exotic/better than the GT-R, just my two cents on the styling. O, and its said that with options, the v-8 R8 will run about 120,000. Def not cheap.

Unless you've got money to burn, you could find yourself better "bling" factor for just a bit more money. I like the R8 but I think Audi has priced it way above where it should be. It's 40% pricier than other cars in it's performance range. Although it does look extremely good, I couldn't justify the money or the fact a a little more could get me a Ferrari. My 2 cents.
