2007 G35 Nav Startup Screen Hack

A friend of mine has a 2006 Acura TL with the navigation package and found a hack that let him copy the nav system DVD and replace the startup screen with his own start up screen.

I just bought the 2007 G35 sedan and am wondering whether there is any information on an equivalent hack for the G35 navigation system DVD?

i had an acura tsx and saw some other owners do the exact same thing. i looked for a little while when i got my coupe last year and didnt find anything. i really didnt look that hard though. i am also interested if anyone knows how to do this.
