I hate the people that no matter how fast they WERE going when they go to pass a car they slow down backing up traffic, kinda like my grandma hitting the brakes coming up to a green light. And there's the "checkmate" drivers, they will pace the car beside them in the other lane(s) and back up traffic not allowing anyone to pass. asholes
