Stark is awesome with the suit, but powerless without it (even more vulnerable since he relies on it to live). Wayne can kick the shit outta anyone even without his belt. So they are pretty different in the end.

i somewhat agree, but yet disagree. literally, batman is more dark than iron man. but at the same time, iron man deals with all sorts of addiction problems. that's a lot more dark than anything bruce wayne ever endured...
