A 9.5 inch wide rear wheel isn't very wide, so a 275/35/19 will work fine and you shouldn't have any rubbing unless the offsets are really aggressive, like around +10 to +15.

the guy says if I lower the car 1 inch then the rear should be 275/30/19 instead of 275/35/19,
how about 285/30/20??
