Everyone above has been telling you the right info. Your insurance company contacted the dealership to get prices. They will cut YOU a check based on that price. It's up to you to do what you want. You don't even have to buy any wheels.

Cancel the order with the dealer and take your car home. Tow it if you have to. Order your own rims, have the tires mounted and everything put on your car. Never deal with that dealer again. If they won't give you the car, call the cops. Tell them you didn't authorize any parts and they can kiss your ass.
yeah, but the guy where I ordered the rim n tires said thefront comes with 245/35/19 and rear 275/30/19 is thats ok???
