I suspected that might be case; in which case you might as well try to work with the dealer. It may cost a little more, but shouldn't be a deal breaker if they're reasonable. Negotiate for your supplying the wheels and tires and their supplying the labor to put it all together. If they insist, ask to speak to the service manager or the general manager. Let them know it won't be in their best interest to take advantage of you after you've already been ripped off once. If they won't let you supply parts, ask for their very best quote on exactly what you want.
If that is too outrageous compared to what you can get, tell them to FO, and go to a major tire/rim specialist in your area and talk to the manager/owner there. Tell them your situation. They may be willing to come get your car with temporary wheels and take it back to their shop, or they may be able to mount up your replacement rims with tires and basically install them onsite in the dealer's parking lot.
Whatever you do, don't fall for the dealer pressuring you to remove your car immediately...they should give you a reasonable window of time to arrange for the removal of your car....otherwise they're basically blackmailing you and I would report them immediately to Infinti's corporate customer support.
Good luck!
