car is still under payments, so partial payment to me and whatever is owed will be payable by you with a bank certified check to Capital One. I asked Capital One and they said title can be released in no more then 3 business days once payment is made. I'm willing to make this process as trust worthy as possible with mutual comfort. I'm only selling this car to purchase my old interest in RX7s back.
I have new NGK spark plugs and brake pads I can throw in as well for a tune up. Also tires have about 2k miles on them still looks new.
Only problem I see with this car is that there is a minor exhaust leak under the driver side which isn't noticeable until you rev while stopped. There is no smoke that comes out from underneath and no it doesn't effect the way it drives. Also, some scuff marks on the rims from the previous owner, which was a woman driver. (I never hit anything underneath the car, I believe it came that way when I purchased it from the previous owner
