Dude on a skateboard almost hit my G the other day. I was thinking afterwards, this idiot hits me head on, he's dead.
Who the hell is going to pay for my deductible? I'm on the road and most certainly the guy doesn't have insurance for his board...........how would I get reimbursed? If he's got auto insurance, do I claim against that or do I go to small claims court? If the guy is dead, do I sue his estate and what if his estate is only his skateboard? Got me thinking..........
