To the OP, IMHO you need to start with a budget and power/performance goals before you start shopping (daily triver, road course car, 1/4 mile car, etc.). If you are looking for big power, then most guys suggest you build your engine. I would look for a good reputable tuner before buying and get their input on what can be done and how much it will cost to set up your car the way you want it.
