There is a TSB for the 03 models for a problem like that. My 03.5 sedan had the check engine light come on with an evap code that was fixed under the TSB. The dealer simply plugs the OBDII into the car and reprograms the computer parameters that trip those codes.

check the TSB to see if your codes are covered by the TSB or if there may be another issue like a small leak in the evap system.

Have you had the fuel hoses replaced under the recall? If not, maybe they have cracked.
