So, when will the rest of the country notice that there has been 0 school shootings at Utah schools where CHL permit holders are allowed to carry on campus? Nut jobs go to schools and churches to shoot people up because they know it's a near 100% chance that no one will be nearby with a gun to stop them.

Another 4 lives needlessly lost to a victim disarmament zone...
