that's pretty similar to my migraines. although i tend to feel the pain the most up into my eye socket. it feels good to apply pressure on that spot with a finger. constant throbbing and nausea that lasts for hours. just like you said though, once you get it, there's no way to stop it.

i take excedrin migraine for whenever i even think i might be getting one. that usually clears up the problem, if i catch it on time. yeah it is completely random, sometimes i get them in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes I even wake up and I have one. it's horrible...

never had any blindness though, hope it never gets to that point.
