ok...just looked up where they're building. they're in steiner ranch. michael dell doesn't live too far from there if that tells you anything. 'pretty pricey compared to the average, and in most cases, the above average home here. that's why.

Lennar owns PCH, and yeah, those homes are upscale.

'gotta love california. traffic sucks, CHP is always up your ass, the speed limits are low, there's a state income tax, shit is expensive as hell, your house may flood, burn up, fall into the ocean, or crumble to the ground at any given moment, BUT you can get bud LEGALLY and you only get an inexpensive ticket for having it on you.

i suffer from migraines

no really, I do! since I was a kid. and flooding is not big around here, fires most definitely and earthquakes are inconvenience, but not that big of a deal. you guys have tornados and floods.
and you'll get an inexpensive ticket if you don't have an MMJ card. if you do, no ticket

you can buy the stuff with a VISA/MC too!

i never smoke at work. however, what i do at home is my business anyway. abuse any drug, legal or illegal, and you have a problem, but i hate zero tolerance policies, especially towards weed.

As far as relocating here. High cost of living. The guy can get a job here, but it's not necessarily going to pay high. That's the tradeoff in Hawaii.

well that's good to know. Thanks!
