seriously, best buy's service is horrible. i went there for a DVD player and i couldn't find the one I was looking for (saw it on their website). well after i waited around for 15 minutes i finally got a guys attention who showed me where it was. then i noticed the listed price was $10.00 more than the website showed so I asked and he was like "let me go check for you".
well he literally walked directly from me to another customer and started helping him! i gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited 10 minutes thinking maybe he was multi-tasking... but nothing!
so i just bought the f*cking dvd player at $10 over what it should have been. i won't go back there for anything but CDs and DVDs.
