In any car traveling that fast fuel consuption will be very high, in most cars, to travel 2,700 at an average of 120 mph would require anywhere between 450 (5 mpg) to 180 (15 mpg) gallons of fuel. Figuring most cars hold maybe 30 gallons of fuel, you would need to stop for fuel may 6 to 15 times to make the distance. The truck could run the distance on one fuel fill-up. That would give you more time to relax between dring times.
The extra weight would not be an issue for a moving vehicle that much.
