I was shocked to read recently on a popular mag that the 328i, yes the 328i, beat the new CTS, G35S sedan and a couple of other sdeans. I would have never thought that it could, but it did.

Also, I know that people, including myself, think the base 328i motor (230hp 6L) is weak but it really wasn't all that far behind the power king (G35S sedan). 5.5 sec. to 60 for the G35S sedan and 6.1 for the 328i. High 13 1/4 for the G35S and 14.1 for the 328i. I guess this is the "real" reason the Germans are still winning the war.
