Well forget all that man, dont worry about what you eat too much. what i do is I avoid soda, but i dont deprive myself, i avoid snacks but i also dont deprive myself, i just watch unhealthy food, yeah i eat it, but i keep an eye or keep count just to make myself feel bad about it. and i also force myself to visit the gym/swimming pool/martial arts class, etc... whatever that makes you feel better about eathing non-healthy.
but if you deprive yourself from what you like then one day you will eat it like crazy and u wont care, and that's when u'll gain lots of weight and wont be able to get rid of it.
Last year i did a check up and my doctor was impressed with my cholestrol. for the next 2 weeks after that i drank and ate like there's no tomorrow. i gained 15 lb's in 2 weeks, and i took me 8 months to get rid of them, and im not even able to go back to the same shape/cutness.

I know exactly what u mean.. (well except for the: gained 15 lbs in two wks) It takes me about a 1.5 freakin yrs to gain that much weight.
Problem is, lately it HASNT all been muscle. My waist area started getting bigger n I was actually jogging (least a couple times a wk)
so im doin the eat much healther thing now (hence the diff. carbs n less carbs) cuz everything else WAS NOT working u know?
I also do polynesian dance, n for the guys, u are half naked out there, so I gotta look my best!
I hope I never go crazy one day tho haha
