Also, putting your responbility on others is bad, yes, but the majority of the people that want to adopt a child from birth are genuine in their feelings for adopting. So, like we have been discussing, for me, its better than the alternative.

and case not reported are most likely equal to the amount reported and it doesn tmake a difference whether they were handed over right after birth or not. the point still remains
