No. I don't follow it up with saying 50 years ago we'd a hung you and stuck a fork up your ass. Like you said it was the context in which the way it was used. Pretend he didn't use the N word at all, I would still be offended by what he said because of the context of the way he said it. That's why I call him a racist.

Standup comedians are heckled all the time. Like I said in the previous thread about this, good comedians know how to deal with hecklers. Richards is not a good comedian. I suspect he's an intermediate at stand-up comedy. He had a complete meltdown and his subconscious started speaking for him.
I could give a rat's ass if he's sued or not, but I suspect he won't be after all the apologizing/damage control he did.
