I prefer to try - just try - to raise my character by refraining from using those words out of respect for others. I don't care that Nigga is socially accepted slang by certain Black people and that they can use it as liberally as they want to. If it makes you feel better and you are comfortable using it, then go ahead. It is the content of your character that is represented.

I do not feel better when i use the word "nigga", it has become a norm for me over the years, why? most likely from the rise of hip hop in entertainment. Just like how i use to use the word dog....
