Here's the contact list of mods/admins/super mods. If it's an issue with a thread that should be deleted/edited/etc or a questionable post/member or something similiar, any of us can be contacted.
If you are having problems accessing the forums, posting, anything that is more of an issue with the software itself, it's better to contact an admin since the mods don't have admin capabilities and would only be able to just forward the message to an admin

The way TOT goes, it's very easy to not see a thread that's been created. It's better to send a message. Plus, there are usually notifications when PMs are sent so if we aren't on the forums, it at least can alert us (very handy when we had all those spammers before the new design)
