I guess I have a mixed background, because all 4 of the aforementioned were stressed. My parents were never going to settle for anything less. So yeah, I disagree that only those races only put emphasis on just those sole talents. I mean seriously, what parent in their right mind wouldn't stress hard work . . . appliled to anything? Any every set of parents I know stressed the importance of a solid education. For the simple reason that they didn't want their kids do do what their parents did.

Management, is just a side effect of the top 3. You get used to working hard, studing hard, and playing in team sports. That just comes naturally if the individual is ambitious.
