Bacardi Rum Balls

2 cups – ground walnuts (form 2-1/2 cups copped walnuts)

1-1/2 cups – vanilla wafer crumbs

¼ cup – Bacardi Superior Rum

¼ cup – honey

Confectioner’s sugar

In a medium bowl, combine walnuts and wafer crumbs.
Stir in Bacardi Rum and honey. Shape into 1” balls.
Roll in confectioner’s sugar. Store in tightly covered
Container. Makes approximately 2-1/2 dozen cookies
